Lisa Hrabovsky, OTR, Occupational Therapist and Rehabilitation Director at Bermuda Village

She graduated from College Misericordia in Dallas, Pennsylvania in 1991 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Occupational Therapy with a minor in Psychology. She has worked in a variety of settings including: acute hospital, rehabilitation hospital, outpatient clinic, work hardening, home health, and long term care. She resides in Winston-Salem with her husband and three children.
Jay Collins, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Jay has many years of experience as a COTA. He holds a bachelor's of science degree from Francis Marion University in Psychology and Sociology. He received his associate degree in occupational therapy from Stanley Community College. He began his occupational therapy career in the hospital setting, then transitioned into long term care and home health. He has a beautiful wife of fifteen years, Alison and two daughters, Melody and Emily.
Deborah Marshall, MPT, Physical Therapist
Deb has 16 years of experience as a physical therapist. She graduated from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's of Science and a Master's of Science degrees in physical therapy. She has worked in a variety of settings including: acute hospital, rehabilitation hospital, home health, and long term care. She recently became certified as a kinesiotaping practicitioner, which compliments traditional physical therapy as an additional intervention. Her interests include: geriatrics, sports therapy, and wellness related to exercise across the life span. She lives in Clemmons with her husband and three daughters.
April Cooke, Physical Therapy Assistant
April has been practicing as a PTA since 2000. She graduated with an associate's degree in applied science as a PTA from Martin Community College in North Carolina. She has always worked with the elderly population and done some part time work in an outpatient clinic. She resides in Davidson County with her husband and son.
Tony Jones, Physical Therapy Assistant
Tony graduated from CPCC in 1997. He moved to Winston-Salem in 1998. He has worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, schools, and long term care. He is married and has one daughter.
Staci Hedglin, Speech/Language Pathologist
Staci received her training at the Ohio State University and graduated with a Masters degree in Speech/Language Pathology. Staci has worked with pediatric and adult population for nine years. Staci lives in Lewisville with her husband and four children, two dogs and two parakeets.
Wendy Swaney, Rehabilitation Technician
Wendy offers a great amount of support to the therapists in the department. She transports patients to and from therapy. She also performs many clerical duties. She enjoys her role immensely. Wendy lives in Winston-Salem with her husband and daughters.
Brad Robinson, Rehab Tech - Wellness Program
Brad is a 1998 graduate of Oak Ridge Military Academy. He spent 5 years in the Navy, specializing in naval aviation. His goal is to pursue a career in the field of rehab and prosthetics. His hobbies include wood turning, carpentry, and spending time with his 3 dogs. Brad currently lives in Winston-Salem with his wife Marguerite.
